Located at the clubhouse, our restaurant is open to anyone who wants to enjoy a tasteful plate in a unique environment, with a wide variety of delicious dishes.
ABOUT THE CHEF
Luca Appendino was born in Turin, Italy. He studied at Istituto Professionale Alberghiero (Culinary School San Remo, Italy) for 5 years.
He worked for a serveral restaurants and resorts in Italy, one of them was Miramare Palace 4 Star Resort (1990-1992)
The last restaurant he worked in San Remo was 3 Pini Ristorante from 1995-1999.
He came to USA in 2000 and he started working in Tutti Santi different locations, his last job in Arizona was Tutti Santi Scottsdale (2007-2010)
He moved to Puerto Penasco in 2010, and finally he opened his own restaurant “Pane e Vino" in June 30, 2011; it's intimate small fine dinning italian restaurant, you can enjoy our homemade pasta, homemade bread, meat and fish dishes and much more.
He opened Fish Restaurant (also known as Pane e Vino Seafood, located in the first floor of the building), in February 25, 2015, and then we did a rennovation to switch it to a Pizzeria which one we open September 2019, we built a wood oven.
Located at the top of Whale Hill, look for the signs on your left as you drive on your way to the Malecon on the main street.

Luca won the Iron Chef Penasco Competition in November 2010.
