All vacation rental operators must comply with the requirements established by our HOA in order to provide guests with the experience they deserve.

To register, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Be a legally constituted company.
• Have a minimum of 5 properties under management in any sub-condominium of Islas Del Mar.

Once we receive and review the documentation, we will issue the corresponding resolution.
